Our Story

Jim and Lynn Deis moved to Sonoma County in 1989 , leaving the Sierra town of Bear Valley where they had operated a general store, managed a condo association, and rented homes and condos to skiers.

Jim, a Real Estate Broker, became a manager and part owner of Willow Creek Properties in Sebastopol. They also began property management of rural residential homes that has become the West County Property Management of today.

In January of 2012 CiCi Wilcoxon began working with Jim and at the same time, slowly started buying the business.

CiCi has been a businesswoman over the last 40 years, owning and operating 2 clothing boutiques, a coffee house, a sports massage practice, and for the last ten years, selling homes in Sonoma County. She is a Real Estate Broker and owner of West County Properties, focusing on investment properties for her owner-clients. She’s also a musician/vocalist and plays upright bass. She can be seen around town occasionally with her band, Honey B and the Pollinators, playing jazz swing.

With CiCi Wilcoxon wanting her main focus to be Real Estate, she decided to retire from Property Management and opened a door for Cici Rosas to purchase West County Property Management in February of 2017. Fate had brought the two “CiCis” together.

Cici Rosas has been in the property management industry for over 10 years. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2009 & obtained her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2014. She is also the current President of the state chapter for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She prides herself on not only continuing education in the Property Management Industry, but also to have both a “professional & personal” touch with her clients & tenants.

Being born & raised in Sonoma County, living & working in this lovely community is a dream come true! When not working on the company, she enjoys spending time with family along with her fiancé Tyler. She also enjoys visiting the local state parks, eating at locally owned restaurants and relaxing at home with a good book or movie. Avid animal lovers, Cici & Tyler have two dogs, Gismo & Igby, along with two rabbits named Enoch & Hip Hop. She also enjoys collecting coins, knick knacks and antiques with her dad. With a decade of experience, Cici enjoys property management and not only helping owners prepare their properties for rental, but providing quality rental housing to qualified tenants. With premium service in mind, Cici strives to do her best in all she does.
