AN ANNUAL STATEMENT IS PREPARED TO AID IN TAX PREPARATION. OWNERS HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR OWN PORTAL ONLINE WHERE THEY CAN LOOK UP AND PRINT OUT ALL MONTHLY STATEMENTS.
